Products description:

Tempered glass is float glass that is heated and then cooled rapidly to make it several times stronger than annealed glass. Tempered glass is safer than float glass because when it is broken it falls into pebble-like pieces without sharp edges.

Performance

1. Safety:Tempered glass is four to five times stronger than standard glass and does not break into sharp shards when it fails. Tempered glass is manufactured through a process of extreme heating and rapid cooling, making it harder than normal glass.
2. Strength for resistance to impact:Can withstand 1040g steel ball impact at 1m height without broken.
3. Bending strength:Can reach 200 M pa
4. Optical performance:There is no change during tempering process of glass
5. Stability for resistance to heat:There is no broken tested under condition of watering melted lead onto glass that is under normal temperature.
